TICKET PURCHASE POLICY

Refund Policy

Before purchasing event tickets, carefully review your event and date selection. All sales are final. No refunds shall be given for any amounts paid for events including, without limitation, any service charges or fees. Further, you acknowledge purchased tickets may expire and never be valid for any future event. No refunds shall be given by Thunderbird Lake Tahoe for expired tickets.

Credit Card Charge Policy

Review and verify your credit card and billing information before submitting your order. Credit cards will be charged on the day of your purchase. If the card is declined or is not valid for any other reason, the reservation will be cancelled and the tickets made available for sale to another customer.

Limitation of Liability

Thunderbird Lake Tahoe reserves the right to cancel any event without notice. Should cancellation occur, Thunderbird Lake Tahoe will issue you an Event Gift Certificate to be used for a future event of equal or lesser value.

Thunderbird Lake Tahoe (TLT) reserves the right to review and, at its sole option, cancel any transaction for the purchase of products or services at this site. In the event TLT or its credit card merchant cancels a transaction, TLT's sole obligation is to refund the buyer's credit card in the amount collected by TLT.

Ordering Online

Ordering tickets online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system uses 128-bit encryption technology and is 100% secure.

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to purchase tickets on our site.

If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order provided it is received by us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled event.

Thunderbird Lake Tahoe will not reserve the tickets until the money order is received.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation receipt (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with the Thunderbird Lodge whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Thunderbird Lake Tahoe will not be responsible for losses if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
