Join us this summer for an event to remember for wine and food lovers. The Thunderbird Lodge has invited several of Lake Tahoe's premier chefs to prepare fabulous dinners for those who wish to support the Lodge while savoring the finest food and wine. Each chef will pair his dinner with fine wines. Enjoy one or all of these sumptuous wine dinners while overlooking breathtaking Lake Tahoe at the Thunderbird Lodge. Cost: $250 per person per dinner (Purchase Tickets) 2008 Schedule: July 20 -  The cuisine and wines of PlumpJack Cafe in Squaw Valley, CA SOLD OUT The PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn offers discounted room rates for the Thunderbird Dinner weekend July 18 through 21, 2008. Guests may book rooms from the “Thunderbird” block to receive a special room rate of $159 per night. Room rates are valid Friday, Saturday and Sunday and include deluxe gourmet breakfast buffet in the PlumpJack Lounge each morning.
